ALL DELIVERIES: 

We accept no responsibility for a delivery not arriving due to an incomplete, incorrect or inaccessible delivery address being provided by you the customer. 

All orders are checked prior to dispatch, but occasional an error may occur, in this case ALL claims for incorrect deliveries or complaints regarding your order NEED to be received within 7 days to be actioned. After this time, they will not be considered.

RETURNS POLICY:

Due to the nature of the business, we DO NOT accept returns due to change of mind and we DO NOT exchange items.

We may offer a refund should an item be deemed by us to be faulty. In this case you will need to return the product to us for a full refund.

Alternatively a refund may be offered if an item is out of stock.
